@andy_holding Good luck - I take it you are going after September as apparently between September and March is the best time to see the Aurora. To photograph them you need at least 30 seconds exposure time. This was 60 seconds and as I was on a moving ship with a lot of vibration (even with a bean bag) which is why there is so many light trails.
