I like the moody quality of this shot. Very nice.
Thanks for the challenge. I’ll look around and decide on a color.
I’m really looking forward to meeting you in April. For your challenge, how about showing me someplace in Belfast that I wouldn’t find in a guidebook, but that you think is a great place to take a camera. It doesn’t have to be architecture or art. Could be either of those or human interest or nature or a story behind the place, etc. If you happen to be travelling, let me know and I’ll give you a different challenge.

A lovely capture of this moody vibe and tones.

@mcsiegle Thanks - sounds good. I'm looking forward to seeing you. I'm not travelling so that should be fine. I looked online to see what all they recommend seeing in Belfast and there are a few things outside of Belfast which are awkward to get to & the Belfast Wheel is no longer there. I had thought of somewhere which was not mentioned on the internet so that would suit.

@jacqbb @ludwigsdiana Thank you Jacqueline & Diana.

@la_photographic well, I won’t hold you strictly to that and nullify your response to the challenge if later I find it on the internet. :-) I just figured you probably know some spots with photo potential that don’t get all the PR for tourists. Go ahead and show us someplace awkward to get to if you want.

@mcsiegle I thought of somewhere in East Belfast which I haven't been in a while - CS Lewis Square. It has street sculptures of some of the characters from the book "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" and also one from "The Magician's Nephew" and was surprised it wasn't mentioned on the website:

It is mentioned on Lonely Planet.
