I've been trying to return a cable box for months now, they are still sending me a bill for almost $50 because I haven't returned the box, I call them and say that I want to return it but I have no way of getting it back to them. They say they will send me a box. This goes on, every month they send me a bill (which yes I get in the mail) and I call them and they say they will send another box, yet it still doesn't come.
My amazing roommate happend to walk past another building at our apartment complex and noticed some boxes with the direcTv logo, and went to check them. They actually were addressed to me!!! Building A (not my building) has been getting all my boxes!! They managed to send my bills to the right place though. Anyway not that is all set and I finally packed up my box and it's ready to finally leave my apartment!!!
