This is generally my favorite holiday but went a little low key this year. Took this pic of the 7th Harry Potter book in honor of Lily and James's death. Then headed on a bus to A2. Technically Ender's Game wasn't supposed to come out until Nov 1 but our local theatre apparently didn't care and so we went to the 8pm showing. I love the book and they did a pretty good job, except for the end which I knew was wrong but I couldn't remember how the book really ended. So when I got back to Chicago I reread the last 3 chapters. It made me dislike the ending to the movie even more knowing just how much they messed up, but overall I liked it.
Also after the movie I realized I had a friend in town and we hit bubble island and walked around to see all the slutty UofM costumes.
