The best part of thanksgiving is the leftovers the next day! Made my traditional leftover sandwich with turkey, mashed sweet potatoes on the pretzel rolls! SO GOOD! My parents stuck around for a bit, then headed out - my mum has to work a football game early tomorrow. As always it was great to see them.
