Last week I used a groupon to visit a chiropractor and get an hour massage, during that visit the Dr. took a couple x-rays and this was the result. Basically my neck is flat, and there are pinched nerves... He and I have worked out a pretty daunting plan for how to fix everything, but already after just one adjustment my arms, hands, and wrists are feeling better - not great, but better than they've been in weeks. Here's to improvement.
