Hi Jane- I have actually had a wide range of experiences in K-12 Education: teacher, counselor, assistant principal, principal, director of schools and programs, assistant superintendent, and my last stop was higher education. I worked at three wonderful universities, Xavier University of Louisiana, Dillard University, and Southeastern Louisiana University. At Dillard, I was Dean of the Department of Education. At Xavier and Southeastern I taught in the Masters and Doctoral programs-Educational Leadership and Supervision. I am currently working part-time online in an educational leadership program. I have published some and co-author a book. I truly love Education. Most of my research was around Servant Leadership and Teacher and Administrator Performance Evaluations.
