It's been raining all day, and I got wet through walking the dog, so it's time for a real winter meal. These are the ingredients for cassoulet, a stew from the Midi-Pyrenees region. Hopefully I'll be able to post a photo of the finished dish tomorrow.
My mouth is already watering! I've never actually made it but I have friends who do it every year. They make their own duck confit. It's a 3-day process. Have fun!
