It must be hard for the fishermen of Henningsvær to get the smell of fish out of their clothes, particularly when the washing line is full of drying fish!
Love your title. I admire anyone with the gift for grabbing the absurdities out of life. As for using the clothesline for drying the cod, I assume it's because the mackerel are drying in the dryer in the house.
