@grannysue Heartfelt thanks! I saw this dragonfly species for the first time, they are so lovely. Taken with a zoom lens (55-250mm) and cropped later. It was impossible to get really close to them, they were flying above a culvert with a scarp. Sometimes they sat down for two or three seconds.
I watched them through the viewfinder – my finger on the release button – to waste no time. No good image qualitiy, but better than nothing :)
It was a sunny afternoon – bad time to take dragonfly photos, because they are very busy by day ... I'm not an early bird ;)
