It's Sunday evening and here is my picture. I feel like this weekend just flew by! I'm happy that I'm feeling better again, just a bit disappointed that the weekend is over already.
I did have a good weekend though. I accomplished things around the house that have been on my to-do list. Then, last night Husband and I cozied up on the couch and watched a movie together ("Minority Report" - I actually liked it despite my dislike for Tom Cruise!).
Now I plan to relax and enjoy the rest of this quiet Sunday evening.
Nice shot Lauren! I agree, weekends go by way too fast. Sounds like you made the most of it though and good to hear you are feeling better.
The best part about weekends is we know that even though the current one is ending, another one is just 5 days away. If everyday was a weekend, they wouldn't be special ;)
@deniseescovino thanks Denise! I was playing with it in Picnik and I applied the Holga effect to it, so it did end up looking more desaturated and sort of grainy. Congrats again for your popular picture today, it was very well deserved because it is the kind of picture that evokes feeling :)
Lauren another great shot from you that I'm becoming to expext. As you read dad looked through my albums & others & he realy liked yours in the way that you compose the pictures & edit the effects. He especially liked the strawberry, worry jar, the famous "mug" shots etc. & thinks your a great photographer using great angles for your shots. Told him iwould pass this on to you
