A Flower, or a Weed

This is the only thing growing in my garden right now, and I'm pretty sure it's a weed. My garden is a disaster and fixing it seems like an overwhelming task. The problem is that I'm really not sure which are weeds or which are potentially lovely flowers, so I just let everything grow.

Nice shade of purple, a weed is anything growing were you don't want it; if YOU like it, it is a flower :)

@hjbenson - Harry is right. If it is in the wrong spot = weed. If it is okay where it is = flower.

Looks kinda like a Salvia... kinda. Does the leaf smell when you crush it a little?

Purple Dragon Dead Nettle? I have it in my garden and it filled in a blank spot fast! Invasive so if you don't want it to spread, put something around it. Your photo is way better than the one on the website....they should call you next time :)

Definition of a weed is an unwanted plant. If you want it there, then it's not a weed. Dandelions are not weeds in my back yard.

I have some of this in one of my gardens. I don't think it is a weed. It's a nice shot. :)
