Some Sort of Flower

A quick shot of something that has suddenly appeared in my garden

Completely unrelated: Always check pockets before doing laundry. A whole pile of my clothes now have greasy looking bright pink stains all over.

Nice shot Lauren great colour & DOF. BTW had to check the Exif info to get the aperture to see if it was 1.8 as you know I have an aperture thing going on at the moment lol

@laurentye hmmmm so that means I can get the "Lauren DOF" with my 2.7 it is just me not doing it right............ will keep trying :-)

@spthorne hmmm maybe it has to do with the focus or something, but not sure. are you able to choose the focal point on your camera? cause that's what i do, i select what i want to be in focus and then the rest has a softer background...

hahaha Oh boy, can't tell you how many times I had my clothes ruined, or lost money or broke the washing machine coz of some coins in my pockets lol Loved the flower thou... and the DOF is great, Lauren
