The Goldfish

I'm taking care of my mom's house while her and my stepdad are away on holidays. One of my tasks involves feeding the fish in the pond. Not sure if anyone can tell, but the fish on the bottom left has an odd bulging bump on it's side that seems to be getting better. Not sure if it's sick??? Hopefully I can keep it alive.

I keep goldfish, but it's hard to tell from the photo what the problem might be with that one. It could be some sort of bloat (if it was struggling to stay under the water) or possibly an infection. The scales look healthy. Maybe the pond just needs some clearing out of some of the algae which might be making the fish struggle a little.
