This evening Husband and I went for a coffee date and spent the time finishing the planning for our mountain getaway that will be happening next weekend.
The coffee shop was pretty empty, so it was nice just quietly talking, enjoying our beverages.
Mine was a "salted caramel hot chocolate" - mmmm super good, and his was a "pumpkin spiced latte" which is also very good.
also i want to say thank you for the recent comments, views, and favs. I've gotten out of the habit of thanking individual comments, but it doesn't mean I'm not grateful for them, just short on time. So trying to use my time to view and comment on others' pictures instead. hope everyone has a great week!

@kdimagery@bkbinthecity not banff or jasper... where we will be staying is right in kananaskis, our place will be a 20 min drive from canmore. we had thought about going to Jasper which i love but decided on this instead. and i NEVER go to banff, i find it way too busy!!!
Those coffees sound really delicious, and the dark blue background against the cups with the bokeh even more appealing. Just the thing for autumn nights drawing in.
