My office is a disaster right now. I decided I wanted to clean out the whole room and organize it better. But now that I've started, it looks worse than before. This is a shot of part of the massive pile of stuff that is all over the floor.
I found this piece of paper sticking out with the word "Happiness" written on it. So I quickly took a picture before investigating. Turns out it is some notes I had taken for school or something on the scientific view of happiness. Apparently (according to my notes) there are only five things we all need in order to be happy. But I'll have to disagree because the pencil sharpener I purchased today made me pretty happy, and that was nowhere on the list.
Now back to cleaning this mess.
*While taking this picture, I found my lens cap that I lost yesterday
Thanks everyone for the nice comments on yesterdays pencil picture. I appreciate it and I will catch up with viewing and commenting tomorrow :)
I really like this Lauren. I mostly liked what you had to say about it too! Five things to make us happy....I wonder if I can even think of five things....how terrible! Lol. Lovely shot...sure made me think!
Nice shot! Glad your cleaning helped you find things too :) New stationery always makes me happy too. I think you should publish an update to the lecture...
LOL! I think that's a chick thing! Men just don't seem to understand the overflowing happiness that us women can feel from gazing lovingly upon a beautiful new candle or funky pencil sharpener. I still have my fave where you stick the pencil up the rhino's bum! LOL!
It looks like the one side of a paper airplane, now you need to fold it over so it flys properly and then it will find true happiness. My comments seem to get more surreal hmm. I'm sure you'll find more stuff as the clearing up continues and then the elation of finding the lens cap and buying a new pencil sharpener will feel, well, small fry in comparison. I like the 'happiness' peeking out from the clutter. I think makes it a good composition.
@sabresun but... to be honest I'm not sure that anything can top my extreme pencil sharpener happiness. that was pure bliss. i don't know if i could handle anything more. as for making this into an airplane, i don't know if i'm that skilled.
