Carbonation

Normally I never ever drink carbonated beverages. But so far, throughout my pregnancy, I have been majorly craving carbonation. It's really weird. I never liked pop before - I just didn't like the sensation of the "fizz" as I swallowed. But now nothing satisfies my thirst like a "fizzy" drink.

This is a glass of soda water which is what I really love now. Normally I would not like this at all. But now I think it tastes amazing!

Good job! I love soda water, too! I started drinking it years ago when I gave up the sugar pop. Try it with a twist of lemon or lime. =) You can also make your own pop with fresh fruit juices by doing half club soda and half juice. Is much better for you than sugar pop but buy the low sodium kind. =)
