Despite that title, I was feeling alot more lighthearted today, so I took a lighthearted look at my demons and just laughed at them...writing deadlines and canning deadlined with editors tapping their foot and fruit flies hovering over tomatoes, a pile of bills to pay and a house to clean, and then front and center the thing I most want to do - play with my camera and learn how to actually use it. It cracked me up that I didn't notice the camera cap is upside down until I uploaded, but that is kind of perfect for my life lately. The weather has been so glorious, I've been taking my laptop outside to work on the deck. That might be contributing to my happy mood...
Oh yes, I can relate in so many ways. I have somany things I want to do, but till I get home from work I do not feel like doing a thing. I am getting behind in life.
Is that window cleaner too? A clean house is the sign of a wasted life? Hope you reach your deadlines soon! Must be nice working on the back porch in the sun! x

Reminds me of how you said to me that you have all of the exact elements in your life that make you happy, but in the wrong proportions sometimes. I can relate to crazy full days! Sometimes I can't figure out where they go. Love the shot, totally love the upside down lens cap and remember, I've got the perfect homemade fruit fly trap if things get out of hand in that department. Can't help with the deadlines and tapping feet though.

your pic is great for prioritizing --- camera on top, note pad on the bottom and the rest of the stuff in between. no one will tell the editors tho.
