After a meeting tonight I stopped at the Capitol, intending to take a rather boring photo of a statue silhouetted against the Capitol building, but I found hundreds of bicyclists riding across the Capitol grounds. Some of the bicycles were decorated with lights, like this one, and playing music. Once again, Austin lives up to its motto.
