I remember when I was very little, watching the sunset and hearing someone say "Santa Claus is baking cookies!" And then in a couple of minutes when the orange glow had faded to gray, "Aw, he burned 'em!" Even at the time, it seemed a little strange to me. Why Santa Claus?
