To at least try to get some/or all of my unread books read! Embarrassingly, this is just some of them that I've purchased but have never got around to reading....always too busy, blah blah blah. Some of these books are quite a few years old, some more recent, including Christmas gifts....so time for things to change & for me to get back to reading - another reason for my more relaxed approach to my 2nd year here on 365 - with absolutely no promises on how I will go in completing the full year, but we'll see how I go. Nice comp and shot. I'm just coming up on my first year completion and trying to decide if I want to start year two...I love it but it can be very time consuming. Trying to decide if I can do a more relaxed version of year two
I have been having the same debate, thinking about making more time for photography and less running around taking picture, just hope I don't lose the motivation if I relax too much!
Had to stop and check out the titles - reading definitely comes first for me and I can't resist having a good look through any pile of books i come across
Nice image. I love books, but have to say I'm converted to Kindle. It helps me read more, although nothing beats the feel of a real book! Of your selection I've only read 2 - Long Walk to Freedom and Gone Girl. Happy reading in 2017!
I read on my iPad now, much easier for travelling and as @jodies said, no problems with lights, although I do enjoy the feel of a book. I'm half way through my second year and still loving it.😀
I'm slowly switching over to reading on the iPad (although mine's a Fire)- mostly photography books on composition and styles. It gives me the freedom to take the book anywhere and as Merrelyn said, no problem with available light! You sound like a very determined woman so I think you will accomplish your goals- even if you tweak them throughout the year. Best wishes to you and yours in 2017!
