The only reason I know that it's an Anglican church, is that through my googling to find out any info I could, I found it on a Geocaching website, which described it as an Anglican church & cemetery - which this one did have, up behind the church.
The church & grounds appear to be well kept. At first I wasn't sure if perhaps it had been converted to a home, with someone living there....but to have a cemetery out the back? Hmmmm I don't think it would be a private residence with a cemetery.....but the little porch area at the front had a couple of jackets hanging there, and there was also some kindling sticks stacked inside there as well, so who knows, maybe someone does live there?. It is made of stone, and is quite small.
No idea when it was built, as I can't find any info whatsoever....so we'll just have to go with unknown old stone Anglican church! :)
I also found out through googling, that Moorilda was also known as Teapot Swamp - such an intriguing name!
How interesting. I wonder if anyone is living there then. Strange place to choose to live. Would the corrugated tin roof not be very hot in an Australian summer? Lovely shot.
Gorgeous church and settings. You also have me intrigued. Who do the jackets being too? Who stacked the kindling? It has the makings of an interesting story 😊
