Stone cottage

I would love to know the history of this place & how old it is. It looks to be solidly built, and has possibly had some repair work done on each front corner where there is brickwork. The corner on the left looks much newer than the corner on the right. At least someone in recent times cares enough for it to have been repaired....hopefully it is a work in progress.
