Sad face :(

Spotted on my walk last week & Ive played around with adding some colour.
I thought it looked like an awkward sad face, almost as if it's crying out for help...lol.

Love the face- I'm collecting shots like this for a calendar Christmas gift this year. Fun catch. I'd have to agree with the others that it's a tank of some sort- maybe a septic tank?
