I rescued this rose bush from the 'distressed' area of a small garden centre, It was the summer of 2003 just before my eldest son was married. I planted it in a big pot and it stood at the entrance to the marquee we had in our garden for the wedding.
A couple of years later we transplanted it into the garden and it has been rewarding me ever since. This year has been one of its best ever.
Everytime I see it in bloom it reminds me of Olly and Laura and their lovely wedding day.
