Somewhere I go to work

Lucky me! I've been retired for two years now but I do volountary work for the Suffolk Wildlife Trust and can often be found down on Trimley Marshes. There are four bird hides and a nice visitors centre where if you are very lucky I might make you a cuppa!

What a beautiful place to work. I sometimes post pictures of a place near us called Paxton Pits. It's a local nature area where old gravel pits have been filled in and formed lakes. Paths for walkers, bird hides and a visitor centre have now been built. Apparently people come from across the country to hear the nightingales sing.
