Another little cracker! We drove up to Farne Island three years ago, just to see the Puffins, only to find they had migrated the week before! Then last year we went to Skomer Island off south Wales and this time were successful. Such gorgeous comical little birds.
@judithdeacon Apparentle Bempton Cliffs os the only place you can spot them easily from the land. They have a colony of 1,000 breeeding pairs. Not a ;ot compared to the 46,000 kittiwakes!
