@markjohnstone Thank you @henrir This is on a nature/bird reserve so fallen trees are often left as a haven for bugs etc. @frankhymus I could saturate but am naturally disinclined to fiddle with my pictures much. Most everything in my albums is SOOC. Cropping a bit is about as far as I take it. I've seen pictures posted on this site that are edited beyond all recognition and it has made me a bit anti-editing I'm afraid. When phographs cease to look like photographs I lose interest. If I want paintings I'll go to a gallery............having said that I do see what you mean and may well have a go :)
