Alone But Not Lonely II

I never tire of finding different ways to shoot this pier.
After playing around with it I wondered what it would look like in B&W. I really like both.

Both are great. I think I may prefer the b&w, though. I lean toward it, I think.

I love this! And I do think I like the b&w the best on this. It really emphasizes some of the details like the shadows of the beach grasses.

Funny, I usually lean towards color versions, but in this case, I think, the B&W truly works better.....maybe all that color was distracting from the forms. I like the way the sand has become more prominent, and the leading lines of the pier darker! Yes, it's a FAV!!
