Dear Diary,
I finally know what all the hype is about the Maryland crab but man so much work for so little meat. My fingers hurt and I need another beer.
We got a bushel of crabs for Labor Day in Sept. I saved one perfect looking crab and froze it. Didn't know what the photo would be till this popped into my head. It's back in the freezer waiting for my next idea...LOL
