bahahahaha..... had a friend post a phone profile pic of doing this including a big up the nose view. I immediately thought Oh, I want something similar in my moh project. I set my camera on the tripod and linked it to my phone using a nikon app. Put some honey on the candy heart so it would stick to my tongue, dried tongue with paper towel before placing on tongue. Sat on my front porch kind of straddling the tripod, phone held behind and above camera so I could focus and take the picture. Plus added an extension tube to the lens so I could focus closer. A little challenging but it came out ok.
