Todays Snowy looks a lot like a wild turkey. While we tried our best Snowy is playing a great game of hide and seek. Day two was a bust but I did get to cross wild turkeys off my photo bucket list. It was a great day but boy was it windy and really felt like January. brrrr Okay Snowy one more try tomorrow starting at sunrise. Marco ...... please Snowy we're pleading for you to say Polo.
I had no idea the chaos going on at the Capitol in Washington D.C. today as we peacefully roamed all over Assateague Island. Who could have ever imagined it going so far. We are living through some very trying times. What a sad day for the United States Of America....

Amazing colors and feathers on these turkeys, till you see their heads lol....Much better view than your TV screen. so good for you to pick a day like this to be out and about.
@grammyn I have not been in DC since last March when the Cherry Blossoms were just starting to bloom with cov-id just clearing the horizon. I so miss my photo walks around the city.

Looks like some interesting characters to run into on a walk looking for Snowy. You were better off looking for Snowy than watching what was happening in Washington.
