About six weeks ago my husband developed a groin hernia. Today he went in for out patient surgery to have it repaired. I’m so thankful I was able to be inside the hospital with him and not waiting for hours in the car wondering how he was doing. My husband is like the energizer bunny and it’s hard for him to just relax. My job is to make sure he doesn’t over do.
Prayers for a full and swift recovery... and patience to allow healing. I was in the hospital in April for 9 days about 45 minutes from home with covid. My husband was allowed to visit but I discouraged him from coming risking exposure himself. He came unbeknownst to me every day and sat in the parking lot and prayed for me. I am recovering and so grateful for all the prayers lifted on my behalf.
@calm oh Cathy that's so hard to hear but I'm so glad you are home and recovering. What a great husband you have and God was listening. I hope you are fully recovered soon.
@lesip Thank you. It has been about 6weeks since I got out of the hospital. I’m making progress with oxygen levels improving and heart rate slowing down. I do hope the surgery your husband had fixes the problem and he feels much better soon!
