I joined an evening walk out of Washington D.C. The leader of the walk was fantastic. Lots of updates and great information leading up to the walk. He had about 40 photographers sign up. We met at the Washington Monument and he had the walk timed and scheduled to see quite a few monuments in the area in the 2 1/2 hour time. This was our first stop (World War II memorial). I met lots of very nice photographers while shooting. The leader didn't take many photos, concentrating on helping anyone that had questions or needed instruction with their camera.
That is so cool to have those photo walks. This is a fantastic shot. I remember this area very well. My son likes second war history so we made a stop here when in DC.
