The skies are so hazy, I can only imagine how bad it is in Canada because the smoke has traveled all the way to Maryland in the US.

Wow, does seem to be pretty heavy. My sister-in-law sent us a picture from the Pocono's in Pennsylvania, and it was pretty much the same effect.
