One of the first flowers to bloom here in spring is the Daffodil. At times snow can be found on them, thankfully that isn't happening. Normally I would be posting a picture from my dogwood blooms but they are still closed up tight. A very late bloom this year including the cherry trees in Washington D.C.
Lovely shot. It is the first sign of autumn where we are. suddenly gone cold for the first time in months. Heading towards winter in the southern hemisphere.
I can't wait to see our flowers come up!
