We had a break in the rain and even a little sunshine this afternoon so I took off to Brighton Dam's Azalea Gardens. There are over 22,000 azalea bushes in 5 acres of hardwood forest. It was established in 1959. It was a little passed full bloom but still really pretty. I wanted to try and get a good view of this piece of it so I put the camera on my tripod and held it in the air ,resting the legs of the tripod on my stomach. Used my wired remote to trigger the camera. Took a few shots changing the angle of the camera since I was shooting blind. My tripod can also be a monopod but I was lazy.
