Spent the early morning at the National Zoo in D.C. First stop is always the pandas. It's the best time to catch them outside while their keepers clean the inside. This is Bei Bei the male cub born at the zoo August 22,2015. I watched him climb up and down the trees. I think he's planning his escape route.
