This Smithsonian Castle is located in the heart of Washington D.C. The magnolia trees around the castle are not quite in full bloom but rain is expected tomorrow and if the temps happen to drop to low they don't survive. I wasn't taking the chance of missing them plus it being Sunday you don't pay for parking at the metro stations or the extra rush hour fees for the train. It was a beautiful day.
This one looks exceptional on black. For those of us in the US it is always exciting to see a castle! Even more so in the middle of the city! Your photo of it is terrific
