Easy peasy, Junko!
Cut avacado in half and remove seed,
cut a very small slice off rounded side of each avacado half so that it can set level on a baking sheet,
Separate two eggs and put the yolks in the holes of the avacado halves,
Sprinkle with salt and pepper - you can add other seasonings if you like - I have put lemon pepper on too, garlic powder might be nice.
Bake at 350 degrees(Farenheit) for 15-20 minutes - so that the egg yolk is how you like it. The avacado will be nice and soft. I mix it all up together with a fork and eat it up! Yum!
