Snowy!

So excited to see this Snowy Owl up close today! Am literally 5' from the base of the tree! Beauty!

Apparently, these birds visit the ME/NH/MA Seacoast on occasion. There have been many sightings and newscasts regarding this year's visit.

Noone else was nearby - they were all looking at the other one down the road sitting high up on a telephone pole - pretty sure that one was a decoy.

I've had such fun going through your album! What an array of images you've collected over the year, and what interesting perspectives I've seen. @digitalrn It was absolutely thrilling, Rick! We saw a big ol' bird down the road way up high and everyone was stopped and taking his picture - but we kept going to the park and VOILA! So Cool!
