it almost looks like you used a beauty dish on this image if it was for the harsh wall shadow. I love the colors, the composition of this image. And it doesn't hurt that you are a beautiful woman on top of it.

@Laerke, since you asked on my profile here is your answer, this is a beauty dish http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/141164-REG/Profoto_100608_White_Softlight_Beauty_Dish_.html it gives a really soft light and used a lot with beauty shots, the shadows are soften and gives the subject (typically a female) more of a glow.
