Today I had acupuncture for the first time for my tendovaginitis inflammation in both my wrists. I did not enjoy it! Ufgh needles are not my friend, I wonder if the treatment even works... I've had the problem for 6 months now, and it does not seem to be getting any better :( That is why I have now decided to try out acupuncture. If only i could just get some new wrists somewhere...
