Meet my new favorite dish! It is a luscious combination of lemongrass, shallots, chili, lime juice and some herbs (including mint) and of course lots of shrimps - it is sooo good :)
It is very possible that it contains other ingredients too that I am just unable to identify :)
The Thais know what they're doing when it comes to food. It cannot be denied. I've been eating their food for a year and a half.... I have yet to find a dish I don't like.
