I love the fun, bright colors! I had a deck of playing cards when I was a kid that was circus-themed, and my favorite character was the balloon man, and this shot reminded me of that.
Aw man that's cool... I don't think I've ever seen someone selling balloons like that! I love the collection of balloons - particularly the Hello Kitty ones! Great catch :)
