This guy is a lottery ticket seller - can you see the open box (looks a bit like a backgammon game) on the front of the bike - that is where he displays the tickets. He roams the strrets of the city selling these. Here he is waiting for the water bus to go to the other side, it cost only 3 baht to cross, I dunno if he had to pay extra for his bike.
One the boat we sat close to each other and I observed him selling a bunch of lottery tickets to an older man, apprantly the draw is tonight - and the price is huge! :)
The temple you see in the background is Wat Arun, temple of dawn.
