This is taken from inside a car thus the reflections, but I think it came out in an interesting way so I'm using it for my 365 :) Also it depicts an important day here in Thailand, the protesters have announced that today is the final show down - the ultimate demonstration (I wonder if this will hold true). And the prime minister has announced that she will step down, so there'll be a new election soon-ish (again not sure if this will really happen).
I found myself almost in the middle of a demonstration today - even though I've promised my mom I'd stay clear of all of them! But I was heading home in a taxi and we turn down a big road and it is filled with protesters, most of foot but some in cars as well. They are headed for the Government House. But all was peaceful, there was plenty of old ladies and young children among them protesters too. I heard that the prime minister has ordered the police NOT to use teargas today, and the police have been sent out without weapons, they will only carry shields and batons today. So let's hope no one gets hurt today.
I just wish Thailand and its people all the best, I hope they'll get a peaceful and democratic society.
