Our first overnight stop on our trekking trip was the ancient town of Kagbeni, it is a very picturesque town with its narrow streets and stone houses. In the middle of the town was a very old monastery that we got to visit. A young monk showed us around the small but very atmospheric place. This is the main door into the monastery.
