@chewyteeth - I love elderflower juice :) We are all out now as well... but in 2 months time or so we can pick the elderberries and make elderberry soup for dessert. Do you make that as well?
And yes, I'm back in DK and I'm so enjoying the lovely weather we are having. I hope it is as fantastic in the UK :) It sure looks like your garden produce is coming along nicely.

We make elderberry jam (1 pound of elderberries, 1 pound of sugar juice of one lemon.) and elderberry and apple jam. The weather is very nice here, but I'm working outdoors gardening all day and it gets a bit tough with the heat. We have whimberries in season now, do you have them?
