Oddly Strange

I took a walk down the path between the buildings at The Factory (more on its history later) and discovered this statue. I took a quick shot and moved on - I got the feeling she might open her eyes...creepy...

@debbie3108 - Probably only 4 1/2 feet tall or so. She was in a corner off from the main sidewalk with some very old iron tables and chairs. A strange set-up and I couldn't find anything in the history of the building to suggest why this was here.
